Account: name, email address, company name, declared URL. Billing: data handled by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers). Usage: technical logs, test results and reports.

Free check: only an anonymised summary (public hostname, grade obtained, IP address fingerprint) is retained for measurement purposes.

Performance of the contract (service delivery), compliance with legal obligations (billing), and legitimate interest (security and service improvement).

Hosting and transfers

Data is hosted with our infrastructure provider. The hosting region is being confirmed; in the event of a transfer outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) will be put in place and documented here.

Retention periods

Account data: duration of the contractual relationship then legal archiving. Reports: to be defined. Technical logs: to be defined.

Your rights

As CYBERDUR Ltd is incorporated in Mauritius, the processing is registered with the Mauritius Data Protection Office, in accordance with the Mauritian Data Protection Act.
