Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the CYBERDUR application security testing service, provided on a subscription basis.

CYBERDUR performs non-destructive, read-only security tests on the URLs declared by the customer, then provides detailed reports. The number of tests per period depends on the plan subscribed.

For the current phase, reports are produced by the CYBERDUR team on the basis of tool-assisted analysis, and published manually to the customer space.

The customer warrants that they own the systems tested, or are duly mandated by the owner, and hold all necessary authorisations. The authorisation checkbox ticked at sign-up and on each test request constitutes a mandate.

The customer undertakes to submit only URLs they are legally entitled to have tested. CYBERDUR cannot be held liable for an unauthorised submission by the customer.

The service is provided "as is". CYBERDUR uses reasonable efforts to identify common vulnerabilities, but does not warrant completeness of detection or the absence of false negatives. A report with no critical finding is not a certificate of absence of vulnerability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CYBERDUR's total liability under the contract is capped at the amounts actually paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

CYBERDUR is not liable for indirect damage, loss of business, loss of data or revenue. Amount and exclusions to be confirmed by a lawyer.

The subscription is monthly or annual, payable in advance via our payment provider. The customer may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access is maintained until the end of the current period.
